Dylan has been cooking professionally for 14 years with a background in fine dining. “Connection with my surroundings is so important to me these days, whether that be getting out and hiking, serving my community in whatever capacity or just spending time with my family without any outside distractions,” said Dylan.
Asking him about living in Seattle, Dylan said, “I don’t think there is any other place I would choose to live other than the Pacific Northwest. The landscape and pure beauty and bounty of this region inspire me to be my best on a daily basis.”
In addition to leading the Sifted Seattle culinary team, he is working to have a farm that provides produce to local upscale restaurants, weekly produce boxes to surrounding neighbors, and a place for people to gather, hosting events or retreats for spiritual rejuvenation.
