Head Chef Kodi Kassell

Chef Kodi was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She is a graduate of The University of Colorado at Boulder with a Liberal Arts Degree in Philosophy. After living in Thailand, Kodi came back to the states to pursue a career in the food industry by attending The Auguste Escoffier School of the Culinary Arts in Boulder. She graduated top of her class, emerging from school with a deep dedication to the culinary world and everything it has to offer.

Kodi is passionate about cooking tasty, approachable food for everyone. She loves leading the talented Denver Sifted kitchen team and they love feeding our Denver eaters. With Kodi’s vast knowledge and experiences she delivers a great dining experience with a smile.

RAMERC
Robert A Miller Educational Resource Center (RAMERC) offers a variety of classes and workshops to assist individuals and families with the skills needed for better parenting and familial communication. The center provides parent & caregiver education and child engagement workshops to help build stronger families in the Denver area.

SENIOR SUPPORT SERVICES

Senior Support Services
Senior Support Services is Denver’s only day center for hungry and homeless seniors. The day center is a safe place to spend time, socialize with others, and participate in activities. SSS provides meals, clothing banks, computer access, transportation, financial counseling, access to medical care, and more to assist seniors in need in Denver.

SUN VALLEY YOUTH CENTER

Sun Valley Youth Center
Sun Valley Youth Center is committed to giving Denver’s most impoverished neighborhood a hope for the future. With a focus on transforming the lives of at-risk youth, SVYC provides day care, after-school care, youth development, mentoring and life essentials programs to help raise up the neighborhood’s youth.
